We are pleased to announce the 41st annual conference of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE). Recognizing that ergonomics/human factors professionals and allied professions are "United by a Common Vision" of creating healthy, user-friendly, safe and efficient products and workplaces, ACE 2010 will explore the methods and experiences that we collectively employ to achieve that vision. ACE 2010 will be of interest to ergonomics/human factors professionals, researchers and students, as well as members of allied professions, including: safety, health, rehabilitation, industrial hygiene, industrial design, human resources, psychology, engineering, usability, user experience and facility planning.
Internationally renowned speakers will address a number of important topics. Practicing ergonomists, researchers and students will present their most recent work in regular sessions or conference streams and panel discussions. Pre-conference workshops will offer professional development opportunities.
You are invited to make contributions to the conference in the following formats:
ACE student members are strongly encouraged to attend the conference and participate in the Student Paper Awards.
How to Submit a Contribution
To submit a contribution, please follow the instructions in the Guide for Authors, available on the ACE website at www.ace-ergocanada.ca. To access the guide from the ACE home page, click on the ACE 2010 logo, click on "Author Instructions & Submissions" in the left-hand column and then click on "Go to Author Abstract and Paper Instructions". All contributions must be uploaded to the conference website within the deadlines below.
