Information - Conference Registration

Conference registration rates are shown below. You may register on-line or download the preliminary program (available June 2010) and fax or mail in the hard copy registration form. The venue for the conference is the Coast Capri Hotel and a room block has been booked at the venue with special delegate rates. Please see the Hotel and Travel Information page for more details.

Cancellation policy:

In the case of cancellation of any workshop, the conference or any supplimentary program, ACE will be liable for refund of the registration amount only for the respective event. Requests for refunds for the conference or the pre-conference workshops must be sent in writing to ACE. A refund minus a $50.00 processing fee is available if the request is received by September 8, 2010. After this date, refunds are subject to a $100.00 processing fee.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 19, 2010. Substitutions, from the same company only, may be made at any time and must be submitted in writing. The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply for substitutions.
