Conference and International Participation
The association holds an annual conference, which attracts international participation. The conference is open to members and non-members alike, however ACE members benefit from reduced fees.
ACE is a member of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA). This entitles you to attend conferences of most other IEA member organizations, such as HFES and the Ergonomics Society (U.K.) at their member rates.
ACE established the Canadian College for the Certification of Professional Ergonomists. This body certifies individuals that meet a set of standards in training, experience and education as Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomists (CCPEs).
The Consultant Directory lists ACE members who are CCPEs.
Visit the CCCPE site to learn more about the certification process.
