You may use this on-line form to apply and pay for a regular individual membership. Members are defined as anyone with an educational background in ergonomics or a related discipline.

Applications received after July 1st are entitled to a 40% discount on first-year member dues, with the exception of student membership.

Applications received from November 1st onward will be processed for the next membership year with the remainder of the current year included.

Acceptance as a Member requires that the applicant have an educational background in ergonomics or a related discipline (e.g. kinesiology, psychology, engineering, business, industrial design, rehabilitation and medicine related disciplines, etc.)  This includes academic training at the bachelor's, master's or doctorate level.

Membership Directory Opt-In

The ACE Membership Directory is a networking tool that is accessible only to the ACE membership. You may choose whether you would like your name and contact information to show in the directory and what specific information you would like other members to see.


Mentoring of ergonimists is an effective way to earn Continuance of Certification (COC) points. By checking this option, you agree to be listed as a mentor in the directory of certificants.
