*Notes:

Accommodation is at the Professional Development Building and at Lloyd Hall.  However, Lloyd Hall is currently undergoing extensive renovation, due to be completed in the Spring of 2017.  Since construction delays are always a possibility, Lloyd Hall rooms will not be added to the available rooms to reserve until the spring of 2017 or until it is clear that the construction will be completed for the conference.

a) The above rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of all taxes and facility fees.
b) Guestroom rates are subject to applicable taxes in effect at the time of the program, including 2% TIF, 4% ATL, and 5% GST.
c) Guestroom rates are subject to a facility fee of $15.00 plus GST per person, per day. This fee includes: campus-wide Wi-Fi, phone calls across North America, access to Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation facilities, parking, access and borrowing privileges at The Banff Centre library and archives, and access to complimentary arts and programmed events when available.
d) A facility fee of $15.00 plus GST per person.
e) Triple and quadruple accommodation is available at an additional cost of $20.00 per person, per night. The Banff Centre allows a maximum of four (4) adults per guestroom on a bed-share basis. There will be no additional charge for children up to the age of 14 years who share with their parents or guardian.
f) The above guestroom rates will be extended to cover the periods that are three (3) days pre-event and three (3) days post-event, subject to guestroom availability.
g) In the event that a guest within the room block checks out prior to their confirmed check-out date, The Banff Centre will apply an early departure fee of $75.00 plus GST to the individual’s account. Departure date must be confirmed at check-in to avoid an early departure fee.
h) Full cancellation penalties apply for guests cancelling reservations within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival. Should the room block sell out, The Banff Centre agrees to add guest rooms to the room block at the group rate as the need arises, subject to availability.
i) Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time; however, guestrooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the front desk once the delegate is registered. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applicable.
